We aim to have your order with you as quickly as possible. We are currently experiencing turn around time of 5-7 working days due to increased demand and staff holidays. Please only contact regarding the delivery of your order if you have not received by 12 working days
An email is sent on dispatch and we will ensure you get your order as quickly as we possibly can.
Free delivery on orders over £40
Unfortunately we DO NOT deliver to outside UK, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands of UK* . * For orders placed for delivery outside UK and Ireland and to the regions listed above an admin fee to process the refund will be charged on refunds issued

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days, on dispatch an email will be sent and the delivery would be expected 2 working days later. Our couriers, if they miss you, they will leave a card with the relevant details to contact them to re-arrange when is suitable, the contact details of your local depot can be found at www.apc-overnight.com as well as on the card. A signature is required for delivery, please provide a delivery address where it is possible to deliver on a week day 9am - 5pm.

Receiving Goods
Goods do not need to be checked prior to signing for items, your signature is only to acknowledge receipt of the item. Please check your goods immediately on receipt and notify us of any issues within 3 working days of receipt.
Damages
We spend a lot of time and expense to provide the best packaging for our items to try to ensure these arrive undamaged. Please check all items throughly on receipt and email info@thewhitelighthousefurniture.co.uk to notify of any damage within 3 working days of receipt.
